PRINCIPALS AND ASSOCIATES
Bill Dasher, S.E.,
is a Founding Principal of DASSE Design. He has 30 years of professional
experience as responsible structural engineer and project manager
leading both in-house design teams (as consultant) and A/E teams
(as prime). His major project experience includes health care, civic,
corporate, commercial, university and institutional for both new
facilities as well as retrofitting existing structures. His areas
of expertise include seismic evaluations, remodels and major expansions
to hospitals throughout California with extensive work experience
with OSHPD.
Joe Sutton, S.E.,
is a Founding Principal of DASSE Design. He has 32 years of professional
experience leading the structural engineering services on a wide
range of projects: corporate campus facilities; academic projects
including K-12, community college and university; municipal, state
and federal government projects; retail centers, multi-unit housing,
and health care projects. His areas of expertise include strategizing
conceptual design with complex building constraints, earthquake
engineering including performance-based seismic design, design execution
and project management.
Carl Wilford, S.E.,
is a Principal of DASSE Design. He has 16 years of design and construction
management experience. He has extensive experience in school and
hospital design as well as construction administration. He has also
managed and designed a variety of building and civil projects both
in U. S. and abroad. His areas of expertise include analysis and
design of steel and wood structures including dynamic considerations
for multi-story steel-framed buildings and detailing of complex
wood multi-unit projects.
Peter Wrona, S.E.,
is a Principal with DASSE Design Inc. Peter has over
28 years of structural engineering and management experience in
the design and construction of educational, research, health-care,
commercial, industrial and nuclear facilities, airports, security
systems, and blast resistant structures. He has exposure to various
construction materials including steel, reinforced concrete, precast
concrete systems and wood. Peter's areas of expertise also include
structural design of telescope support structures, peer review,
and value engineering.
Badri K. Prasad, S.E.,
is a Principal and has 17 years of professional experience leading design teams for
the structural engineering of major new facilities and retrofitting
of existing buildings. Extensive experience with private clients
in the design of office buildings, biotechnology laboratories, mid-rise
and high rise buildings, parking garages as well as mixed use buildings.
Experience also includes corporate, prisons, hotels, schools and
health care projects.
Tim Hart, S.E.,
is an Associate Principal and has 17 years of design and construction management experience on
a wide variety of projects, including conceptual design, structural
engineering design and project management of new buildings and seismic
upgrades. Experience includes municipal, commercial, office, retail,
and residential buildings, as well as hospitals, private and public
schools, fire stations, computer facilities and clean rooms, theaters,
and seismic retrofits of unreinforced masonry, concrete frame, and
tilt-up concrete structures.
Bryan Frank, S.E.,
has ten years of professional experience encompassing a variety of new building construction and structural/seismic strengthening of existing structures. Experience includes microelectronic, healthcare, and educational facilities.
Chiang Ng, S.E.,
has eleven years of professional experience encompassing a variety of new building construction and structural/seismic upgrading of existing structures. His areas of expertise include performance-based earthquake engineering, sophisticated dynamic analysis, design execution, and document production.
Warren Pottebaum, S.E.,
has ten years of professional experience encompassing a variety of new building construction and structural/seismic upgrading of existing structures. Experience includes microelectronic, commercial, office, residential, educational facilities, and hospitals.
