counter, on-site meat preparation, seafood, counter, floral services,
delicatessen, bakery, and sidewalk-style cafe on the ground floor.
Escalator in the atrium-like main entry hall leads to the second
floor restaurant, cooking school and cookware retail store.

Clubhouse and Swim Club
Menlo Park, California
The Clubhouse is a two story, 50,000 gsf,
golf course & swim club clubhouse with immaculate finishes.
The building is faced with 8 inch stone masonry and wood shingle
siding, set into the hillside with cart storage, pro shop
and woman's locker rooms and lounges downstairs. Upstairs
the building houses the men's locker rooms and golf lounge,
a mixed grill, large event and dining rooms, meeting rooms,
card rooms, kitchen and services. The swim club with olympic
pool and diving and fitness facilities are located adjacent
to the parking lot at the south-west side of the building.
The building is constructed with all structural materials
including concrete, masonry, steel frames, and wood framing.

This project involved the design of a launch
complex for Titan missiles including a launch pad and flame duct,
vehicle assembly building, pump house, valve house, fan house, guard
house, and auto coupler, support equipment and pad equipment buildings.
Areas of special interest included the design for wind, seismic
and launch pressures, a bridge crane and "hammerhead,"
and movable platforms within the vehicle assembly building.
