on the Genitope Headquarters, Research, Development, and Manufacturing Campus in Fremont, California, which received an Honor Award in the 2007-08 Real Estate and Construction Review (Northern California Edition).
DASSE Design provided structural engineering
on the Richard M. Lucas Center at Stanford University, which received an Excellence in Architecture award from the 2007 AIA San Francisco Design Honor Awards.
DASSE Design provided structural engineering
on the Napa County Juvenile Justice System in Napa, California, which was honored in the 2006-07 Academy of Architecture for Justice Showcase Awards. The LEED rating system was used as a guide to achieve a sustainable design.

on the Kirsch Center for Environmental Studies at De Anza College in Cupertino, California, which
received a
Citation Award in Energy and Sustainability from the 2006 AIA San Francisco Design Awards. In addition, an article was published in the November 2006 edition of

for the Historic Napa County Courthouse in the 2006 Preservation Award, Napa County Landmarks, Inc.
DASSE Design
provided structural engineering for the new hospital tower and Central Utility Plant at El Camino Hospital in Mountain View, California. The new tower is scheduled to be open in Spring 2009.

provided structural engineering for the new Harvest Hall at Jack London Square in Oakland, California, which recently topped off the structural steel erection and is scheduled to be completed in March 2009.

Tim Hart was recently awarded the 2008 Edwin Zacher Award for Outstanding Service to the Structural Engineering Profession by SEAONC. The award was presented by former Zacher Award winner and SEAONC Fellow Joe Sutton. Tim is the Past Chair of the SEAONC Construction Quality Assurance Committee and is the project manager for the development of a new manual for special inspection and structural observation that will be published by SEAOC and the ICC.

Badri Prasad is the project manager for the development of new guidelines for the design of diaphragms and collectors that will be published by NCSEA. He is also the Chair of the SEAONC Concrete Subcommittee of Seismology and Structural Standards and has published several technical papers on buckling restrained braced frames.

Badri Prasad and Tomasz Wienskowski are co-writing a technical paper on base isolation that will be presented at the 2008 SEAOC Convention.

Caroline Tsang is the Past Co-Chair of the SEAONC Young Member's Forum and was a recipient of the SEAONC Giles Scholarship Award in 2007.
